Fabric Flower Rings

I have just been in the mood to be creative lately!  I can't wait until I have room for a sewing machine!  Until then, my glue gun has become my new BFF.  One of my favorite sites to stalk is Craftgawker.  It is amazing!
I was looking on there today and found a link to flower fabric rings!  The original tutorial can be found here.

I made a few adjustment to the original tutorial.  Instead of using elastic from the store I just cut up one of my pony tail holders!  I have so many that I knew I could afford to lose one!  Plus, I ended up having enough to make 2 rings from one pony tail holder!

I am not one for measuring so I don't have exact measurements.  It all depends on how big you want your flower!  Here are some pictures from the process!

Regular hair band

Cut and measured to fit my finger.  Just hot glued the loose ends!

Finished!

The red one I made next

Hope you enjoy!  I urge you to try this out with old fabric scraps!  This cost me nothing!
